Through mental health therapy, I help you navigate chronic pain, chronic illness, and grief.
Telehealth sessions are currently available only to Missouri residents, ages 13 and up.
Why Chronic Pain, Illness, and Grief Can’t Be Ignored
Prolonged emotional suffering – Pain and grief can linger unresolved for years without support.
Isolation and loneliness – Many withdraw from relationships when they feel misunderstood or overwhelmed.
Increased anxiety or depression – Unprocessed trauma and chronic stress can spiral into mental health issues.
Loss of identity – Chronic conditions or grief can make someone feel like they’ve lost who they used to be.
Relationship strain – Loved ones may struggle to understand what you're going through without healthy communication tools.
Poor coping mechanisms – Without support, people may turn to avoidance, substance use, or overworking to numb pain.
When suffering becomes your norm, it's easy to forget that healing is possible. You don’t have to settle for just getting by.
Personalized Support, Right Where You Are
1 on 1 Virtual Therapy Session
$125
When you’re dealing with pain or grief, just making it to an appointment can feel like too much. That’s why I offer virtual therapy—so you can get the support you need, from wherever you are. Each session is 50 minutes and costs $125.
Working with me is easy!
Step 1: Start with a Discovery Call
We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to talk about what you're experiencing and what you're looking for in therapy. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if I’m the right fit to support your journey.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full session. These 50-minute virtual sessions are a safe, supportive space where we can explore what’s going on, develop tools that work for you, and begin working toward the change you want to see.
Step 2: Begin Your Personalized Therapy Sessions
Step 3: Experience Growth at Your Own Pace
Therapy is a process, not a quick fix—but with time and support, many clients begin to feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of their lives. We’ll regularly reflect on your progress and adjust our work to fit your needs as you grow.
You’re Not Alone—I’ve Faced the Struggle Too
I know how overwhelming life with chronic pain can be—because I’ve lived it. There was a time when I felt stuck, exhausted, and unsure how to move forward. But everything began to shift when I found the right support. Through therapy, I learned practical tools to manage pain, navigate grief, and reconnect with the life I wanted. That journey changed me—and it inspired me to become a therapist so I could help others do the same. You don’t have to face this alone. I’m here to walk with you as you rediscover what’s possible, even in the midst of pain.
